I usually take pictures of the weather from the other side of the building. But Mother Nature decided this evening's show would take place here instead.
That's fine by me. I always enjoy a good light show regardless of where it's held.
I usually take most of my weather pics on the "shop" side of the parking lot. But on this evening, the show took place on the "rental" side.
I pointed the camera and started shooting.
I stitched the previous two pics together to create a panorama that looks southeast.
I found the color contrast between the various cloud layers quite beautiful.

This time, I tried a portrait shot instead of a landscape shot.
The resulting 3-picture panorama looks ok, but is a bit sketchy on the left side.

I spotted one small colorful cloud to the north.
The photo above appears to show a dark layer of clouds below a colorful layer thanks to sunset in that direction.

I headed to the center of the parking lot where the view was unobstructed.

I always enjoy a good light show from Mother Nature. Thankfully, the dark clouds behaved themselves and didn't threaten my ride home.
