A pickup truck with a rear-mounted liftgate arrived at the shop today for a liftgate inop concern. I traced the issue to a bad relay which is seen in this series of photos.

I had to replace the relay. In order to keep the wiring straight, I took a close-up photo so I could keep track of what wire goes where.

Incidents like this are how I learned early on in my career that keeping a camera handy is a very good idea.
