After 11 model years, (1994 - 2004), of the fourth generation SN95 platform, (which itself was an updated version of the Ford Fox platform from 1978), the fifth generation Mustang would be styled in the mold of the first generation cars, (1964 - 1973). This was big news at the time. On this day, we took our first delivery of what would be many new Mustangs that would pass through our doors.
