January 23, 2003: After a few months of searching, my then-wife decided to trade her aging 1996 Chrysler Concorde for this 2000 Chrysler Cirrus.
We bought it from Bedford Chrysler in Bedford, Pennsylvania, (across the parking lot from Bedford Ford, my employer at that time). I took a few pics while the car was being detailed.
This was a local one-owner car that had 12k original miles on the odometer. It was purchased new and serviced across the parking lot at Bedford Chrysler. When we bought it, it still had a few months of the manufacturer's 3/36 warranty remaining.
Gus McFarland, a coworker of mine from Bedford Ford at the time, was cleaning his newly purchased 1968 Mercury Colony Park wagon. This car was traded in at Bedford Ford, and Gus snapped it up quickly.
After being detailed, the Cirrus was pulled into the Auto Mall showroom at Bedford Ford.
Bedford Ford was a medium-duty truck dealer as well. The Auto Mall Showroom was built to accommodate the large trucks.
By this time my wife's 1996 Chrysler Concorde had about 110k miles on the odometer.
Overall, the Concorde was a wonderful car.

Working at Bedford Ford meant I had access to the fresh trades as they arrived. I would periodically bring a new trade home for my wife to evaluate. The showroom new condition of the car was the deciding factor in her decision.
