March 18: Spring in my neighborhood is always full of beautiful colors. I've made a habit of taking a walk with my camera during this time of year to see what is blooming. I believe the tree in the photo above is some kind of redbud.
A redbud tree.
This is some variety of loropetalum.
I have a couple of loropetalums in my yard. But due to where they are planted, they aren't nearly this large or brilliant during the spring blooming season.
My guess is that this is some kind of flowering pear/cherry/apple tree.
I have both a flowering pear tree and a flowering cherry tree in my yard, and the tree in the photo above resembles those.
I think this is also a flowering pear/cherry/apple tree of some kind.
This is the time of year for azaleas to bloom.
Some azaleas can grow to be quite large if left unchecked.

Another beautiful flowering tree.

March 21: More blooms are appearing. The pink blooms on the left side of the photo above are of a redbud tree. The pink and white blooms on the right side are of some kind of magnolia.
More azaleas.

This garden features several different color azaleas.
March 24: Another beautiful redbud next to a couple of white flowering dogwood trees.
Azaleas and a flowering tree.
Several azaleas with a small Buckeye tree in the foreground of the right side of the photo above.
Closeup of the Buckeye Tree. This one is similar to mine except that mine rarely flowers.
More flowering trees. My guess is that these are a type of dogwood, but I'm not sure.
White azaleas.
Another loropetalum.
A huge line of pink azaleas.
