The summer bloomers in the yard are doing their thing. The ornamental grasses scattered about look great.
I planted three crape myrtles in this area of the yard back in 2015. All three are growing beautifully, and have bloomed each season. The Purple Magic crape myrtle was the first to bloom this year.
A week later, the Plum Magic crape myrtle was showing a few blooms.

The large crape myrtle next to the garage does its thing every year. While not blooming all over like some I have seen in the neighborhood, it blooms every season at the top of the tree.

The Reeves Spireas are growing very well. Hopefully next spring, this area will bloom white like the spirea at the mailbox.
