I have a few other things in the yard besides irises that are blooming. My rose bushes do their best and produce a few blooms. I have a feeling that if I knew how to properly care for them, they would look much better.
The Tiny Dessert Asiatic Lilies by the front steps look like they are going to bloom soon.
This is another plant that I should probably do some research on how to properly care for them.
Even so, it looks like a couple of flowers should be appearing soon.
The small volunteer Japanese Maple tree I transplanted from the backyard seems to be happy.
The new iris area looks good. Even though I didn't get a lot of blooms this year, I should have a bunch next spring.
The Coronation Gold Yarrows seem to be recovering. I think removing the irises that sat in front of them last summer was very beneficial.
The Husker Red Beardtongues are blooming quite nicely this year.
It seems like moving the irises that sat directly in front of them was a good idea.
