  • Since I removed the Yellow Flag iris path near the Happy Returns Daylilies, maybe they will get more sunlight and flower a bit more.  I have to wonder if the irises grew too tall too close to the lilies and blocked the sun.  Not sure, though.

  • I heard this project before I saw it taking place.  The sounds of "construction" got my attention at 8 AM earlier this week, and this is why.  The existing driveway was showing some cracks, but didn't look too bad to me.

  • I hope the Bridal Wreath spirea is ok.  For whatever reason, it didn't bloom much this year and doesn't look too healthy at the moment.
